End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Hgeie mobile application, updates, in-app pages, supporting files, and related documentation (the "App"). Installing, opening, or continuing to use the App means you accept this EULA.
1. License
Hgeie grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal use and subject to this EULA, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable App Store rules.
The App is licensed, not sold. No ownership in Hgeie's code, interface, artwork, design, databases, trademarks, or documentation is transferred to you.
2. Apple App Store Terms
If you download Hgeie from Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for user-generated content, support, claims, operation, moderation, or maintenance of the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it as permitted by applicable App Store terms.
3. Restrictions
You may not, unless the law expressly allows it:
- copy, modify, translate, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App;
- decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code;
- remove proprietary notices, copyright labels, trademarks, or security markings;
- scrape tutorials, posts, profiles, comments, images, messages, or interaction data;
- bypass reporting, blocking, moderation, payment, subscription, or security features;
- use bots, malware, credential attacks, denial-of-service tools, or unauthorized access methods;
- use the App in a way that violates laws, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.
4. User Content and Safety
Hgeie contains user-generated content, including craft photos, pillow work records, comments, group messages, tutorial feedback, and challenge activity. Users must not upload abusive, discriminatory, pornographic, exploitative, threatening, violent, fraudulent, spam-like, privacy-invasive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
Hgeie provides ways to report objectionable content and block abusive users. Valid reports may lead to content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
5. Updates and Changes
We may release patches, safety tools, feature changes, compatibility updates, or other updates. Some updates may be required before you can continue using Hgeie. We may change or discontinue parts of the App for security, safety, legal, operational, or product reasons.
6. Third-Party Services and Materials
The App may rely on operating system frameworks, hosting providers, analytics services, crash reporting tools, image libraries, StoreKit, or other third-party components. Separate terms or notices may apply to those components.
7. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA, misuse the App, violate community rules, create safety or legal risk, or attempt to bypass restrictions. After termination, you must stop using Hgeie and delete the App.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HGEIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT PROMISE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, PERFECT MODERATION, COMPLETE DATA PRESERVATION, OR THAT USER CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
9. Liability Limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HGEIE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST CONTENT, LOST PROFITS, ACCOUNT LOSS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR ISSUES CAUSED BY USER-GENERATED CONTENT.
