Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hgeie, including the mobile app, website, accounts, craft learning pages, feeds, groups, challenges, comments, messages, virtual gifts, subscriptions, safety tools, and related services.
By creating an account, publishing content, purchasing a digital product, joining a group, signing up for a challenge, tapping an acceptance button, or continuing to use Hgeie, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the EULA.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old or older if your location requires a higher minimum age. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Community Purpose
Hgeie is intended for fabric applique pillow making, craft learning, work appreciation, material discussion, group participation, challenges, and respectful member interaction. Use the service lawfully and constructively.
3. Your Content
You may share photos, videos, text, comments, profile information, group messages, and challenge activity. You keep ownership of your own content, but you grant Hgeie a non-exclusive license to host, store, resize, display, distribute, moderate, remove, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service.
You must have all rights required to upload what you share. Do not post content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, portrait, or other third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Hgeie does not allow objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not upload, publish, message, link to, promote, or encourage:
- harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or targeted abuse;
- hate speech, discriminatory attacks, or demeaning treatment based on protected characteristics;
- sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or child safety violations;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, private personal data, or privacy-invasive content;
- graphic violence, credible threats, self-harm encouragement, or instructions to harm others;
- fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, or fake engagement;
- illegal goods, illegal services, sanctioned transactions, or instructions to commit unlawful acts;
- attempts to evade bans, manipulate reports, bypass filters, or interfere with moderation.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Hgeie provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We aim to review valid reports of objectionable content within twenty-four (24) hours where practical and legally permitted.
Depending on the situation, we may hide or remove content, limit distribution, warn a user, restrict features, suspend an account, permanently terminate an abusive account, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities.
6. Paid Features and App Store Purchases
Hgeie may offer subscriptions, membership benefits, virtual gifts, and other digital products. Prices, durations, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription rules.
Unless required by law, digital products are provided after successful purchase and may not be refundable by Hgeie. Refund requests for App Store purchases should be made through Apple.
7. Groups, Challenges, and Messages
Groups, challenges, comments, and messages must follow the same safety and content rules as public posts. Hgeie may remove users, close discussions, limit visibility, or disable features where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or community quality.
8. Enforcement
Hgeie may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms users, interferes with App Store compliance, or damages the community. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
Hgeie owns or licenses the app design, code, icons, interface, product names, layout, documentation, and platform materials. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse Hgeie intellectual property unless the law allows it or we give written permission.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
HGEIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hgeie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost content, lost profits, account loss, reputational harm, or issues caused by user-generated content.
11. Changes
We may update features, policies, moderation practices, and these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
