Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hgeie ("Hgeie," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile app, website, community features, support channels, and related services.
Hgeie is a fabric applique pillow community where users may learn craft methods, publish works, comment, join groups, sign up for challenges, follow users, send virtual gifts, and use safety tools.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: account id, login identifier, display name, avatar, signature, account status, settings, and authentication details.
- User content: craft photos, videos, cover images, post titles, descriptions, comments, group messages, challenge activity, tutorial feedback, and profile details.
- Community interactions: likes, follows, group joins, challenge sign-ups, virtual gift purchases, reports, blocks, moderation decisions, and timestamps.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, purchase status, membership expiration information, and App Store transaction-related status available to the app.
- Support information: emails, screenshots, user ids, account deletion requests, safety reports, rights requests, and any information you choose to send us.
- Technical information: device type, app version, operating system, diagnostics, crash data, language, approximate region, and performance information where available.
2. How We Use Information
- to create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and prevent unauthorized access;
- to show tutorials, feeds, posts, comments, groups, challenges, profiles, messages, and gift activity;
- to process likes, follows, comments, joins, reports, blocks, subscriptions, and virtual gifts;
- to moderate user-generated content and remove or restrict objectionable content or abusive users;
- to respond to support, privacy, deletion, legal, and safety requests;
- to diagnose bugs, improve reliability, protect users, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
3. User-Generated Content Visibility
Content you share in public or semi-public areas may be visible to other users, including your display name, avatar, craft images, descriptions, comments, likes, follows, challenge participation, timestamps, and group activity. Do not post private information you do not want others to see.
4. Reports, Blocking, and Safety Review
Hgeie provides reporting and blocking tools to help users flag objectionable content and reduce contact with abusive users. Reports may include the reported content, reporter id, reported user id, reasons, timestamps, and moderation notes. Valid reports may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or account termination.
We aim to review valid reports of objectionable content within twenty-four (24) hours where practical and legally permitted. We may retain limited safety records to prevent repeat abuse, support appeals, and comply with App Store review expectations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in limited circumstances:
- with service providers that help provide hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, moderation, payment status, and support tools;
- with other users when you choose to publish or interact in community areas;
- with Apple or payment platforms when needed for App Store transactions, refunds, or subscription support;
- with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or rights holders when legally required or necessary to prevent harm;
- with a successor organization in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to continued privacy protection.
6. Retention
Account data is generally kept while the account remains active. User content and interaction records are kept as needed to operate Hgeie, maintain community context, enforce rules, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Deleted data may remain for a limited time in backups, safety logs, moderation records, or legal archives.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can be completely secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hgeie2026@yahoo.com.
8. Children
Hgeie is not intended for children under 13 or for users below the minimum age required in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal information without proper consent, contact us so we can review and remove information where required.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- You may update profile information in the app where available.
- You may delete certain posts or comments where the app supports deletion.
- You may report content and block users through in-app safety tools.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights by contacting us.
We may verify your identity before responding to privacy requests. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, App Store compliance, or moderation integrity.
